By placing an order on GarrettGee.com:

  • You acknowledge that you are 18 years of age or older.
  • You acknowledge that you have consulted applicable international, federal, state and local laws before ordering to ensure that either purchasing or possessing any of the products sold herein is not in violation of any applicable laws.
  • You acknowledge that you are not purchasing any products with the intent to use such in the commission of a crime and hereby agree to hold harmless and indemnify Garrett Gee and Godai Group LLC, it owners, officers, directors, employees, agents and representatives from any and all loss and liability associated with the purchase, shipping, possession and use of any products sold on GarrettGee.com.
  • You acknowledge that additional information may be required to validate the order. The order will be on hold until verification can occur.
  • You acknowledge that you are responsible for any taxes generated from the purchase. This excludes orders from California as we are based there and taxes are charged on orders.
  • Shipping Impacts:
    • You acknowledge that the billing and shipping address you provide is accurate. We are not responsible for lost or returned packages in these instances. Refunds will be processed based on the policy below.
    • You acknowledge that shipping carrier times are an estimate based on averages. Issues might occur via weather, natural disasters, truck issues, etc and we can not control these types of issues. When we identify such issues, we will post them on the blog.
    • You acknowledge that tracking information from carriers may not be 100% accurate. If using USPS as a carrier on international orders you acknowledge that tracking information will be limited.
    • You acknowledge that if a shipment is returned from the carrier and through no fault of from us (inaccurate shipping address, customs/duties not paid, export restrictions, etc) that we will hold the shipment and do one of the following: 1) Require additional shipping payment to resend the shipment and confirmation that whatever issue made the package come back to us has been resolved 2) When return is received, refund the order of the product value only, as the shipping costs have already been utilized. Any additional return costs will be deducted from the refund amount as well.
  • You acknowledge that you have read and agree with all our policies and conditions stated on this page.

Lost / Damaged Shipment Policy:

  • Shipments are only covered for default values from shipping carriers, which is typically $100 USD.
  • Additional shipping insurance is available at the time of checkout to cover the full amount of the order.
  • If a package is lost or damaged in transit we will work with the insurance provider to file a claim up to the value amount purchased and work with you to resolve the situation. This generally takes a 1-2 months from a paperwork perspective.
  • If there was a lost shipment, the full value of order was insured, and we have inventory available we will ship out in parallel of the claims process.

Return and Refund Policy:

  • Products have a 30-day return period unless otherwise specified.
  • Products must be in perfect condition. No refund is given for used, damaged or scratched products.
  • Products must contain all components. Any component(s) not returned will be charged at full price.
  • Apparel which are custom made for you products are not refundable.
  • Shipping and handling charges are non refundable on a return when shipping the item back to us.
  • A 15% restocking fee applies for returned items that comply with our return policy.
  • Credit is issued as soon as we receive and process your return. Allow up to one full billing cycle for a refund to appear on your credit card provider bill.
