I am not sure how many years the Toll Brothers have done a Chinese New Year event, but this was my first time going. Between today and tomorrow, many of the Toll Brothers communities have cooking demonstrations, lion dancing, and of course open houses to view.

Now who was the one that said McMansions are dead? This house has an incredible view of the valley and is still on the market… for a few million I’m sure.
