CanSecWest: Day 1
Best Talk: RFID by Adam Laurie.
I enjoyed this talk because Adam’s presentation was well rounded. He showed us hardware, the software that he wrote, and gave us a great demo by extracting the data off his son’s passport.
Honorable Mention: Fun with IPv6 routing headers by Philippe Biondi and Arnaud Ebalard.
This talk was all in 3D. Glasses were provided, but it was very hard to view the content at an angle.
Dinner: Shabusen – Japanese and Korean BBQ house specializing in an all you can eat.
The food was great, and the price was cheap. Now I want one of these restaurants back home!
