Another Dublin-Pleasanton BART Station?!

Wow… there will be a second Dublin-Pleasanton BART station by 2009. I wonder why they chose this location for the next BART station. I just finished listening to this WEEK in TECH, and they had a nice tip on customer cards from grocery stores. They said that each register has a “house” card, so just ask them to use this card, and you dont have to sign up!
